Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is an earnings release for the
quarter ended September 30, 2005. For the quarter ended
September 30, 2005, the Company reported net income of $3.2
million or $0.57 per diluted share compared to net income of
$2.6 million or $0.47 per diluted share for the quarter ended
Septermber 30, 2004.
