(b) Peter Mueller, Double Eagle Petroleum Co.'s Chief Operating
Officer, has resigned effective February 15, 2005 in order to
pursue other opportunities.

announcing new developments on projects and the status of personnel. A copy of
the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein
