The Company has encountered a delay in getting bank statements from
former management. As a result of this process, the Company's
management has been unable to compile the information that is required
to be disclosed in its 10-QSB. Consequently, the Company may not be
able to file its Form 10-QSB on time without unreasonable effort or
expense.
