Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of
Certain Officers.
On July 29, 2019 David Lamadrid and Sterling Scott resigned as officers and
directors of the Company.
The resignations of Mr. Lamadrid and Mr. Scott were not the result of any
disagreement on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or
practices.
Matthew Gregarek is the acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
