On August 31, 1999 the Company acquired East Coast Beverage Corp. ("ECBC"). The acquisition of ECBC is considered a reverse acquisition for financial reporting purposes. As a result, the financial statements to be filed with the Company's report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ending September 30, 1999 will be the historical financial statements of ECBC, consolidated with the Company as of August 31, 1999.
