Declaration of Quarterly Dividend.
On March 15, 2006, Birner Dental Management Services, Inc. announced, in the
attached press release, the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $.13 per
common share, payable April 13, 2006 to shareholders of record March 31, 2006.
