The Company's net income for the three months ended September 30, 2005 was $401,327 compared to $21,547 for 2004. The increase in net income of $379,780 primarily relates to an increase in revenues from our surgical procedures, and to price increases implemented in late 2004 and early 2005 for various surgical and cosmetic procedures. In addition, gross margins improved by approximately 8% due the aforementioned prices increases, lower depreciation and amortization expense, offset by higher disposable costs related to surgical procedures. Gross margins will vary from period-to-period depending upon a number of factors including mix of services, pricing, and the cost of disposables consumed in rendering our services. Selling, general and administrative expenses increased by approximately $51,315 in 2005 compared to 2004, primarily due to increases in selling payroll, commissions and incentive compensation expenses. These factors, among others, resulted in the improvement in net income in 2005 compared to 2004.
