On March 5, 2002, Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust issued a press release
announcing its operating results for the fourth quarter and the full year ended
December 31, 2001. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this
report.
Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust is furnishing the December 31, 2001 Selected
Financial Information under Item 5 of this Current Report on Form 8-K attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 99.2 of this report.
