Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 19, 2004 the Registrant received a purchase order for 1,000 of
its set top boxes, not 10 boxes as was reported on the Form 8-K filed by the
Registrant on September 9, 2004. The amount of the purchase order is $280,000.
