NETTAXI.COM RESCHEDULES SPECIAL MEETING TO APRIL 5, 2002
Campbell, California, March 14, 2002 - Nettaxi.com (OTC BB: NTXY), a community
and portal web site today announced that it has rescheduled the Special Meeting
of its stockholders to be held in connection with the proposed merger of Nettaxi
with RAE Systems Inc. The Special Meeting, previously scheduled to be held on
April 3, 2002, has been rescheduled to be held on Friday, April 5, 2002.
