Sacramento, CA, January 3, 2008 - American River Bankshares (NASDAQ-GS: AMRB)
today announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, January 17,
2008 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss fourth
quarter 2007 financial results.

David T. Taber, President and CEO, and Mitchell A. Derenzo, Executive Vice
