Effective April 22, 2003, Steven J. Blad, the President and Chief
Executive Officer of VendingData Corporation (the "Company), resigned as
Treasurer of the Company.
Effective April 22, 2003, the Company's Board of Directors elected John
R. Spina, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, as Treasurer of the Company.
