Reference is made to the press release of VendingData Corporation (the
"Company"), which was issued and disseminated on September 25, 2003, and which
announced that the Company filed a registration statement on Form SB-2 with the
Securities and Exchange Commission to register shares of its common stock. The
registration relates to the proposed offer and sale of a minimum of 3,000,000
shares and a maximum of 5,000,000 shares of common stock.
