ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On December 9, 2005, Los Angeles Superior Court, Central District entered the
dismissal of the lawsuit previously filed by one of the shareholders of Amaru,
Inc. a Nevada corporation (the "Company") against the Company and its CEO. The
request to dismiss the lawsuit was filed by the Company's shareholder.
