ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On March 29, 2006, the Amaru, Inc. a Nevada corporation (the "Company") issued a
press release indicating that the Company's subsidiary, M2B World Travel Ltd.,
signed an agreement with one of China's top two travel service providers. The
agreement signed with China International Travel Services (CITS, Sichuan
Province), a leading provider of agent and booking services within China, will,
in the Company's opinion, facilitate the link up of M2B World Travel with the
CITS network in all the major tourist hubs in China starting with Sichuan.
Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of that press release. The information contained therein
