WORLD WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (THE "COMPANY") IS WAITING FOR THE
COMPLETION OF ITS AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT TO BE INCLUDED IN ITS REPORT ON
FORM 10-K FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2000. THE COMPLETION OF SUCH REPORT
HAS BEEN DELAYED DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL RESPONSE TIME NEEDED BY THE COMPANY TO
COMPLETE ITS REVIEW OF CERTAIN ITEMS IN CONNECTION WITH ITS OPERATIONS. THE

The Registrant's total sales declined from $3,566,307 in 1999 to
$1,714,833 in 2000, with the gross profit being $639,848 in 1999 compared to
$501,406 in 2000.
It is anticipated that the Registrant's loss will decrease to
approximately $5,160,000 in 2000 compared to a loss of $13,324,453 in 1999, or
to a loss per share of $.17 in 2000 versus a loss per share of $.77 in 1999.
