The net loss for the six months ended March 31, 2004, was $750,184,
while the net loss for the six months ended March 31, 2003, was
$549,973, resulting in a difference of $200,211, an increase in the net
loss of approximately 36.4%. This difference between the March 31, 2003
and 2004, loss was the result of increased costs incurred in product
development and marketing.
