the prescribed time period.
Due to the diversion of our limited resources to meet the unexpected demands
from actual and potential customers, many of which are government entities, to
meet year-end purchasing goals tied to budgeting and our pending financing
effort that would impact our financial statements, the Company was unable to
commit sufficient resources to finalize its year-end financial statements and
provide them to its auditor in time to file the report.

The Company currently estimates that its net loss for the fiscal year
ended September 30, 2004, will be approximately $1.8 million, an
increase of approximately 32% from its net loss of $1,364,679 for the
fiscal year ended September 30, 2003.
