ITEM 12. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On June 9, 2004, American Skiing Company issued a press release announcing its
results of operations for the three months ended April 25, 2004. A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and
is incorporated by reference into this Item.
