     Due to computer malfunction, the Company was unable to transmit the 
     document to it's filing agent in time for timely filing.

If so, attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively 
and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a 
reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made.

     It is anticipated that the Company will show an increase in net 
     income of $4,503 and $546,973 for the three and nine month periods 
     ended September 30, 1998 as compared to the comparable periods ended 
     September 30, 1997.  This increase is attributable to the sale of the 
     Company's interest in Metaline Contact Mines and accrued interest on 
     the proceeds from the sale.
