On October 17, 2007, Alliance Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania (the "Company")
reported its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.
A copy of the press release dated October 17, 2007 is attached hereto and
is incorporated herein by reference.

On October 17, 2007, the Company announced that the board of directors
approved a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid by the Company on its
outstanding shares of common stock. The cash dividend is payable November 16,
2007 to shareholders of record as of November 2, 2007.
