On January 28, 2014, Mr. Donald Walford, the Executive Vice President of Finance
of Three Forks, Inc. ("the Company") was terminated with cause from his position
as the Executive Vice President of Finance, by a majority vote of the Company's
Board of Directors.
Mr. Walford has retained his position as a director of the Company.
