ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On March 9, 2010, Zoltek Companies, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued
a press release announcing it had been named 2009 Supplier of the Year by
Vestas Blades AS, the blade manufacturing division of Vestas Wind Systems A/S,
of Denmark. A copy of the press release is attached hereto and incorporated
herein as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this Item 7.01 of Form 8-K,
including Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto, shall not be deemed "filed" for
purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or
