ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL
YEAR.
The Company amended the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized
common shares of the Company, from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to
500,000,000 shares of common stock.
