Wright Chief Financial Officer (270) 393-0700 CITIZENS FIRST CORPORATION REPORTS REVISED THIRD QUARTER EARNINGS PER COMMON SHARE BOWLING GREEN, KY - Citizens First Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CZFC) today reported that the company's net income on a consolidated basis for the third quarter of 2004 was $0.23 per common share, compared to net income of $0.30 per common share for the third quarter of 2003, and $0.62 per common share for the nine months ended September 30, 2004, compared to a net loss of ($0.61) per common share for the same period in 2003.
