        The Registrant was unable to file its Form 10QSB within the
prescribed time period due to unanticipated delays in preparation of
data and other information regarding certain material operations of
the Company.  Such information is being completed and it is anticipated
that the Company's Form 10-QSB will be completed and filed within 5
calendar days from the date of this notice.
