Corporation announced today that the sale of the company was concluded in
Federal Bankruptcy Court in Missoula, Montana.
JORE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SALE OF THE COMPANY
The company was sold to Western Mortgage Company of Pasco, Washington for $32.0
million. Closing is expected to take place on Friday, April 19, or Monday, April
22, in Seattle.
Additional details will be announced after the closing is concluded.
