quarterly period ended September 30, 2003 for the Form 10-QSB, all of
which information has not yet been received.

(a) Revenues.  The Registrant expects to report total revenues of
$122,444 for the nine months ended September 30, 2003, as compared to
total revenues of $28,191 for the nine months ended September 30,
2002.  The Registrant expects to report total revenues of $69,264 for
the three months ended September 30, 2003, as compared to total
revenues of $22,180 for the three months ended September 30, 2002.

(b) Net Profit (Loss).  The Registrant expects to report a net loss
of $1,365,312, or $0.006 per share, for the nine months ended
September 30, 2003, as compared to a net loss of $2,538,779, or $0.17
per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2002.  The
Registrant expects to report a net loss of $900,078, or $0.003 per
share, for the three months ended September 30, 2003, as compared to
a net profit of $524,742 (due to the cancellation of certain
previously issued shares valued at $1,152,000), or $0.01 per share,
for the three months ended September 30, 2002.
