The Registrant's revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2000, were $3,110,115 as compared to revenues of $1,790,645 for the quarter ended June 30, 1999. This increase primarily resulted from the Company's acquisition of complementary businesses in 1999 and 2000 and the growing demand for internet professional services. The Registrant's net loss for the quarter ended June 30, 2000 was $277,448, as compared to a net loss of $47,497 for the quarter ended June 30, 1999.
