PART III -- NARRATIVE

Platina Energy Group, Inc. has determined that it will not be able to
file its Form 10-QSB for the December 31st, 2006 quarter by the
February 14, 2007 due date and, therefore, has requested the five-day
extension permitted by the SEC's rules.

The Company has replaced its in house accountant, and the transition
to a new in house accountant has taken additional time.
