(the "Company") entered into the Fourth Amended and Restated Loan Agreement with a consortium of banks, and as a result the credit facility is now $175 million, up from $125 million with an expandable feature which allows the Company the ability to increase the line to $225 million with the consent of the banks. The line of credit bears interest at the lesser of LIBOR plus an applicable margin, or the lesser of the prime rate plus or minus an applicable margin based on certain leverage ratios. The credit line is collateralized by all portfolios of consumer receivables acquired for liquidation and contains customary financial and other covenants (relative to tangible net worth, interest coverage, and leverage ratio, as defined) that must be maintained in order to borrow funds.
