The MBNASeries Class A(2003-1)notes were issued February 27, 2003. The
net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for
its general corporate purposes.
The MBNASeries Class B(2003-1)notes were issued February 20, 2003. The
net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for
its general corporate purposes.
The MBNASeries Class C(2003-1)notes were issued February 4, 2003. The
net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for
its general corporate purposes.
The MBNASeries Class C(2003-2)notes were issued February 12, 2003. The
net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used by the Seller for
its general corporate purposes.
