Commercial Consolidators Corp. reported that sales revenues for the fiscal
year ending February 28, 2002 increased 15.2%, from the previous year, to
C$119.2 million from C$103.5 million reported for the same period in 2001.
Net income for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2002 increased 60.9% to
C$5.7 million from the C$3.5 million reported for the same period last year.

TORONTO, ONT, CAN - May 15, 2002 - COMMERCIAL CONSOLIDATORS, CORP.
(AMEX: ZCC), diversified international distributor of business technologies
and consumer electronics to North, South and Central America, reported that
sales revenues for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2002 increased 15.2%,
 from the previous year, to C$119.2 million from C$103.5 million reported for
the same period in 2001. Net income for the fiscal year ending February 28,
2002 increased 60.9% to C$5.7 million from the C$3.5 million reported for the
same period last year.
