State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q,
N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed
within the prescribed period.
The Company needs additional time to file its report because both its Company
offices and the offices of its accountants were without power for an extended
period of time as a result of Hurricane Wilma. This made it impossible for the
Company or its accountants to complete necessary accounting work or begin
preparation of the Form 10-QSB until last week, and there has not been
sufficient time to compete all the work necessary to file on a timely basis.
