The Company paid a $0.15 per share dividend in July 2005, and a $0.25 per share dividend in October 2004. The Company presently intends that shareholders of record on January 2, 2006 will also receive a $0.15 per share dividend. On September 30, 2005 the Company reported approximately 17,636,000 common shares outstanding. The Company estimates that approximately $2.6 million in cash will be paid out for the declared quarterly dividend. At June 30, 2005 the Company reported $13.1 million in cash and short-term investments on hand. On August 2, 2005 the Company reported that it had received $11.8 million in litigation settlement proceeds. THIRD QUARTER RESULTS The Company will announce financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2005 after the stock market closes on Tuesday, October 18, 2005.
