On May 4, 2007, Concurrent Computer Corporation (the "company") issued a press
release containing information about its financial condition and results of
operations for its third fiscal 2007 quarter and nine months ended March 31,
2007. Included in the press release are (1) the condensed consolidated balance
sheets of the company as of March 31, 2007 (unaudited), December 31, 2006
(unaudited) and June 30, 2006, and (2) the company's unaudited condensed
consolidated statements of operations for the three and nine months ended March
31, 2007 and 2006. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit
99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
