In October the Company announced that it had initiated due diligence on a property of merit which met the Company's criteria for near term production. The project is a silver/gold project located in Mexico. The results of the due diligence conducted to date indicate that the property meets the Company's criteria for near term production and also holds significant exploration potential. The Company has initiated negotiations on terms to acquire an interest in this project.
