CORRECTION
VANCOUVER, CANADA - ROCHESTER RESOURCES LTD. (TSXV: RCT AND OTCBB: RCTFF):
The Company announces that the exercise price of the 500,000 stock options
announced January 17, 2006 is $0.62, not $0.77, based on the closing price of
$0.77 less allowable discount.
