ITEM 9. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On October 21, 2003, we issued a press release announcing drill results from the
JB Barr-1 well located in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. We also noted that the
Company has began drilling of its fourth well in the area, the Gamble 32-1.
Finally, we announced negotiations were nearing completion for an additional
acreage option on the Waggoner Ranch located in Wilbarger County, Texas where
the Company has existing oil well production.
