Registrant is a small biotech company that has experienced a substantial
reduction in workforce. Registrant currently has only one employee competent to
prepare the Company's financials. Due to that employee's recent illness, the
company has not been able to complete its financial statements in a timely
manner, and the auditors have been unable to commence their audit.
