      The Company acquired a subsidiary in August 2004 and is still in the
      process of compiling certain information from the subsidiary that is
      necessary to complete its quarterly financial statements.

                           PART IV - OTHER INFORMATION

In August 2004 the Company acquired a subsidiary, Shenzhen Golden Anke, which
sells digital security imaging systems. As a result of this acquisition, during
the three month period ended September 30, 2004 the Company expects its revenues
to increase by approximately $1,500,000, or approximately 356%, over the
corresponding period for the last fiscal year. The Company cannot yet estimate
the impact of Shenzhen Golden Anke's operations on all of the Company's results
of operations, as it is still in the process of compiling this financial
information.
