As a result of sales made by this subsidiary, during the three month period ended December 31, 2004 the Company expects its revenues to increase by approximately $4,150,000, or approximately 825%, over the corresponding period for the last fiscal year and to have net income of approximately $177,000 for the three month period ended December 31, 2004 as compared to a net loss of $208,000.
