         MANAGEMENT IS IN THE PROCESS OF FINALIZING THE OPERATING RESULTS OF THE
SECOND QUARTER OF ITS 2006 FISCAL YEAR. THE INFORMATION COULD NOT BE ASSEMBLED
AND ANALYZED WITHOUT UNREASONABLE EFFORT AND EXPENSE TO THE REGISTRANT. THE FORM
10-QSB WILL BE FILED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE AND WITHIN THE 5 DAY EXTENSION

      Commission, Washington, D.C. 20549, in accordance with Rule 0-3 of the
      General Rules and Regulations under the Act. The information contained in
      or filed with the form will be made a matter of public record in the
      Commission files.
