The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Parallel Robotics Systems Corporation ("Robotics"), manufactures robots and solely generates the Company's revenues. During the first nine months of 2007, one robot was shipped while in the first nine months of 2006, three robots were shipped. Currently, the Company has a $318,000 order from Osram Sylvania in process. This order was received in October, 2007 and is expected to be completed in the Company's fourth quarter. Management's plan of operations is to expand Robotic's business, increasing revenue volume and improving operating margins in order to reduce, and eventually eliminate, its net losses.
