Net loss decreased to $145,000 in the six month period ended December 31, 2007 from $226,400 in the comparable 2006 period, principally due to higher gains on sales of investments which totaled $147,500 in the current period, an increase of $32,500 from the 2006 period. Further, other settlement costs of $137,000 were incurred in the 2006 six month period.
