The registrant is in the process of preparing and reviewing the financial and
other information to be disclosed in the quarterly report on form 10-QSB for the
quarter ended August 31, 2008, and management does not believe the Form 10-QSB
can be completed on or before the October 15, 2008 prescribed due date without
unreasonable effort or expense.
