period without unreasonable effort or expense due to ministerial difficulties.

(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operation for
the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the
earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?

Kingston System's (the "Company") 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2009 is
expected to reflect revenue of approximately $210,000, compared with $523,923 in
the prior year period. The Company's net loss for the year ended March 31, 2009
is expected to be greater than the net loss of ($863,081) during the year ended
March 31, 2008.

The 2009 numbers are subject to further review and adjustment.

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Parallel Robotics Systems Corporation
("Robotics"), manufactures robots and generates all of the Company's revenues.
During the year ended March 31, 2009, one major robot project was completed and
shipped, compared with five major robot projects completed and shipped in the
prior year period. The Company recognizes revenues when a robot is shipped under
an agreement with a customer, risk of loss and title have passed to the customer
and collection is reasonably assured. As of March 31, 2009, there were no robot
projects in process.
