Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARIA) today announced that it has filed
a shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) for the issuance of up to 7.5 million shares of
common stock. The Company has no immediate plans to offer or sell any
shares of its common stock. The terms of any sale would be announced
in a filing with the SEC at the time the shares are offered or sold.
