Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 9, 2004, Southwest Water Company issued a press release announcing
its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2004 and
providing guidance for the remainder of 2004. A copy of the press release is
being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
