Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 16, 2004, American Campus Communities, Inc., announced the
commencement of construction on the second phase of development at Vista Del
Campo Apartments located on the University of California, Irvine campus in
Irvine, CA. American Campus Communities is providing third-party development,
construction management and on-going property management services for the
project. Development and construction fees for the project are expected to total
approximately $3.5 million.
The press release is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 and shall not be
